Mobile Timings

Please allow 10 minutes either side of your appointment, this will give your therapist time to set up/tidy away the equipment and give a full consultation and aftercare.

Medical Conditions

A full consultation will be provided before the treatment begins, you must discuss any medical conditions with your therapist, including pregnancy, breast feeding and medication that you are taking. Please be aware that some conditions may mean that you cannot have certain treatments or they may have to be adapted. 

Please note any personal details taken will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence.

Payments

Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please allow a full 24hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, this can be done by phone text or email. If your appointment is not cancelled within this time you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost if we are unable to re-sell your reserved appointment.

Pamper Party's

For large groups a non-refundable deposit must be made at least 7 days prior to your appointment to secure your booking.

Additional Travel

Cotswold Beauty Therapy covers Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswold areas within a 15 mile radius, any travel further than this will require additional costs based on your post code.

Male Clients

Due to the nature of mobile treatments male clients will only be accepted through the recommendation of a current client for the therapists safety.
